South Liverpool Lower Level (Basement, Bath, Guest Room)

This Aurora property had a lower level with all the space in the world but none of it was functional when we first laid eyes on it. Our client wanted an entertainment area, fitted with an unobtrusive bar area, cozy bath, and secret storage. By ensuring the enjoyment space stood alone yet also flowed into the guest room and had easy bathroom access, we designed a beautiful lower level just asking for an awesome poker or pool table.
